What is KNWN Hospitality?

KNWN Hospitality is a Christian-owned coffee and tea company focused on hospitality, community, and meaningful gathering. We provide quality coffee and premium teas designed for churches, ministries, workplaces, homes, events, and everyday fellowship.

What is The Known Collective?

The Known Collective is the parent brand behind KNWN Hospitality and future community-focused initiatives including merchandise, retreats, travel experiences, creative projects, and outreach efforts. The collective is rooted in the belief that every person is deeply known and valued by God.

Is KNWN Hospitality only for churches?

No. While KNWN Hospitality is openly Christian-owned and supports faith-based outreach initiatives, our products are for anyone who values hospitality, conversation, community, and creating welcoming spaces for others.

Why does KNWN focus on hospitality?

We believe hospitality is an act of service. Some of life’s most meaningful conversations happen around tables, over coffee or tea, and in spaces where people feel welcomed and cared for. Our mission is to help create those moments of connection and fellowship in everyday life.

Does KNWN donate to charitable causes?

Yes. 10% of every purchase supports outreach and community-focused initiatives including medical research, children’s care, food assistance programs, clothing drives, educational support, and nonprofit organizations. Customers may also suggest organizations or outreach efforts they would like their contribution to support.

Can I request that my purchase supports a specific organization?

Yes. We welcome customers to contact us with requests for qualifying churches, ministries, nonprofits, or outreach initiatives they would like supported through their purchase.

What products do you offer?

We currently offer freshly roasted coffee and premium teas, with plans to expand into additional hospitality-focused products and experiences in the future.

Where is your coffee sourced and roasted?

Our coffee is freshly roasted through trusted specialty coffee fulfillment partners focused on quality, freshness, and dependable delivery.

How fresh is the coffee?

Our coffee is roasted to order whenever possible to help ensure freshness, flavor, and quality upon delivery.

When will my order arrive?

Our coffee is freshly roasted to order and carefully prepared for your home, workplace, ministry, or gathering. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery typically arriving within 3–10 business days depending on location and carrier transit times. We believe quality hospitality begins with fresh coffee worth sharing around the table.

Do you offer bulk or church ordering?

Yes. We welcome bulk orders for churches, ministries, offices, events, hospitality teams, and community gatherings. Please contact us directly for larger orders or recurring hospitality needs.

Do you offer fundraising opportunities?

Yes. KNWN Hospitality offers fundraising opportunities for churches, ministries, schools, nonprofits, outreach programs, and community organizations. We can support both product sales fundraisers and event-based fundraising partnerships using coffee, tea, and hospitality-focused offerings designed to help organizations raise support while bringing people together in meaningful community experiences.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our coffee, tea, and consumable products, KNWN Hospitality does not offer refunds on purchases. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are committed to making it right and may offer store credit equal to the purchase amount for qualifying concerns.
